Main Job Responsibilities of the
Customer Enrollment Associate:
Manage the end-to-end enrollment process for new customers in theTampa area, ensuring compliance with all applicable and regulatoryguidelines. Receive, review, and process incoming enrollmentapplications, verifying the accuracy and completeness of allrequired documentation and information. Conduct thoroughverification of customer data, including personal information,service address, and eligibility for specific residentialpromotions or plans, using established verification procedures andsystems. Communicate with prospective Residential customers torequest missing or incomplete information, clarify details, andprovide guidance on completing the enrollment process correctly.
Accurately enter customer data into relevant databases and systems,ensuring data integrity and adherence to data privacy standards,and maintaining organized digital and/or physical records of allenrollment documents. Identify and resolve any discrepancies orissues in enrollment applications, working with internal teams andrepresentatives to ensure timely and accurate resolution. Prepareand generate enrollment confirmation materials, welcome packages,and other necessary documentation for new customers, ensuring theyreceive all the information needed to begin their service. Stayup-to-date on enrollment policies, procedures, and any changes inregulations or service offerings, and ensure all enrollmentactivities comply with the latest guidelines.
