ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1.

Managing electronic records and data related to prospective students in admissions CRM (Slate). 2. Perform daily data imports/exports between admissions CRM (Slate) and campus SIS (Jenzabar EX) and serve as a liaison with other campus departments to ensure data flow integrity between admissions CRM and other campus systems. 3. Maintain data integrity by performing regular comprehensive data auditing and cleanup (including but not limited to: email opt outs, phone number checks, address verification, source codes, entry year and terms). 4. Administer Common Application set-up, testing and data retrieval (prospects, applicants, and credentials). 5. Perform SAT/ACT electronic score imports along with processing paper test scores. 6. Review and maintain duplicate record management procedures in admissions CRM. 7. Perform and control data imports (including but not limited to: enrollment forms, financial aid data, college fair leads, NRCCUA, CAPPEX, PC&U, Common Application, purchased data, test scores, data translation in student information system, visitor information). 8. Manage data import/export process into prospective student text messaging system. 9. Work to increase effectiveness of processes and systems in regards to enrollment (database testing, new technology initiatives, and data imports). 10. Promote timeliness, efficiency, and data integrity within the overall admissions process. 11. Review and document data flow and operational processes for ongoing training and support. 12. Maintains document flow and accountability by collecting, scanning, recording and indexing incoming forms and letters to the student records for daily file updates. 13. Assist in office routines including answering telephone, greeting visitors and support during campus event programs. 14. Contribute to the success of the department by working collegially with inner and outer departmental partners and performing all other duties as needed to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of the College.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE 1.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. 2. Strong familiarity with operational database and CRM systems. 3. Three years of CRM and college admissions experience preferred. 4. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and abide by all federal and state laws concerning student records. 5. Must be process-driven with the willingness and ability to learn new systems, and become a technical expert. 6. Must possess high level of initiative and ability to work independently. 7. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees at all levels of the institution and appropriately address needs and concerns. 8. Strong organizational skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office, including demonstrated high level proficiency with Excel and other applicable software programs. 9. Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy. 10. Able to think critically and analytically in order to troubleshoot issues and solve problems. 11. Able to think quickly, remain flexible, and multitask to manage a diverse set of responsibilities and adjust to changing priorities.
