Case Manager –

Healthcare Sales Specialist Salary:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour during 90 day training After training $36,000 to $41,000 annually Bonuses when on target will have total compensation at $52,000 to over $70,000 annually

What you’ll do: Help people feel better, faster. As our Case Manager, you’ll be the friendly coach who turns a new patient’s first visit into a clear plan for lasting relief—and keeps them motivated all the way to wellness care. Day 1 & Day 2

Visits:

Welcome new patients, share easy-to-understand exam results, and secure their care plan and payment agreement.

Patient Education:

Explain how chiropractic, decompression, laser, and shockwave therapies work in simple terms —minus the “doctor” jargon.

Liaison:

Between doctor and patient, and imaging (xray/mri/ct) and patient.

Financial Planning:

Team up with billing/front desk to verify insurance, build affordable payment options, and hit weekly revenue goals.

Follow-Up:

Check progress, cheer patients on, and transition graduates into simple wellness visits.

Lead Conversion:

Turn phone calls, events, and referrals into scheduled new-patient exams.

Documentation, Metrics & Product Promotion:

Keep charts spotless, track key stats (conversions, revenue, NPI), and recommend supplements or in-office products that accelerate results.
