DESCRIPTION

Required Qualifications:

Associate degree
Six (6) months of experience

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively inform and assist with general inquiries and enrollment processes via phone, email, chat, and in person in a timely and efficient manner with a high level of customer service at all times.
Ensure an efficient experience for students with completion of required forms and documents, resolving registration issues, processing administrative changes, review transcripts, request documentation, process reinstatements and withdrawals, and resets student passwords.
Demonstrate knowledge regarding applicable Department / College and State / Federal regulations, policies and procedures relating to the enrollment process, appeals, graduation, scholarships, and other general knowledge necessary to communicate with the public (students, parents, staff and faculty).
Maintains, accesses, inputs, and retrieves data from the college departmental and external databases.
Attends staff meetings to exchange information and professional seminars and/or conferences to improve professional skills.
Assists other departments as necessary when assigned on any campus.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Must have good customer service skills
Be proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer software programs
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude
Must have strong organizational skills, as well as effective oral and written communication
