A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Reimbursement Coordinator

  • The pay for thisposition is $20.00 per hour.
Training & Schedule:

Monday

  • Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM CST (mandatory virtual attendancerequired; no pre-planned time off during training)
  • 100% Remoteposition
  • This position is a full-time contract opportunityResponsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provideone-call resolution and excellent service
  • Report adverse eventswithin required timeframes
  • Create and complete accurate referralsand applications while keeping current on policy/procedure changes
  • Investigate and resolve patient and physician inquiries in atimely and professional manner
  • Enter detailed information intoproprietary systems while actively communicating via phone
  • Makeoutbound calls for patient follow-ups and confirmations
  • Interactwith referral sources to process new applications
  • Manage patientaccounts from initial contact through final outcome
  • Prioritizeand manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Maintain highquality service while delivering an empathetic and informativepatient experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, orequivalent work experience required
  • 1-3 years of experience in asimilar role preferred
  • Previous customer service and/or callcenter experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid,and commercial insurance practices preferred
  • Ability to workefficiently using multiple software programs (both standard andproprietary)
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and verbalcommunication skills Remote Work Requirements
