Months Job Description :

The Technician,Enrollment I is responsible for ensuring that members areaccurately enrolled into member enrollment systems in a timelymanner, and according to the account contract or service agreement.

To accomplish this, the associate in this role may interact andcoordinate activity with key client account contacts, subscribers,Sales, Underwriting, Finance, and Information Technologyassociates, as well as associates aligned to the AccountInstallation department of other Plans.

Education Level:

HighSchool Diploma or GED less than one year experience in membershipenrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, and/ordata analysis Must be able to work effectively in a teamenvironment, Must be able to adapt swiftly to multiple and rapidlychanging priorities, Must be able to learn and comprehend detailsof client accounts, process flow diagrams, and health insuranceenrollment software, Must be able to work effectively with largeamounts of member enrollment data, paying close attention to detailupon entering data into the appropriate system, Must be able to useMicrosoft Office, specifically

Excel Essential Functions :

75%Enroll subscribers and dependents for all lines of business asrequested via fax, U.S. mail, and/or e-mail. Verify enrollmentstatus, make changes to membership records, research and resolveenrollment system discrepancies, process membership terminations,and other forms of enrollment events. Complete monthlyreconciliation process and resolve discrepancies. 25% Coordinatewith the Account Installation team as it pertains to memberidentification card process to ensure cards are not released untilall enrollment updates are completed and audited.
