RBWO Monitoring and Admission Specialist 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 740 Fletcher Street, Cedartown, GA 30125 Responsible for maintaining service plans, monitor sheets and monthly summaries on each resident’s Admissions Manager in all aspects of the job including admitting resident into the RBWO and TLP programs. Hourly position. Demonstrate general secretarial office skills (typing skill at minimum of 45 wpm). Knowledgeable of Agency computer software package. Help generate (copy and route to appropriate individuals, including custodian), proof, edit, and type all service plans, reviews, monthly summaries and signature pages. Create weekly clinical meeting agendas. Maintain files of each resident’s service plan, monitor sheets and monthly summaries electronically. Provide weekly monitor sheets to unit staff and monthly monitor sheets to unit and school staff. Notify caseworkers/custodians of quarterly service plan reviews. Generate, update as needed, and distribute Service Plan Calendars of 30 and 90 day reviews and master plans. Provide back-up coverage for checking grievance boxes. Provide back-up coverage for front desk receptionist. Establish and maintain staff training calendar. Summarize and record notes from the Weekly Clinical Team Meeting. Must be 21 years or older. Have a valid driver’s license Must be detailed oriented. Bachelor’s Degree Required
