Responsibilities:

Manage the

Enrollment Process:

Pre-Enrollment Planning Develop timelines, deliverables, and strategies for successful enrollment Design client-specific enrollment strategies and schedules Collaborate with internal teams to create enrollment communication campaigns Train benefit counselors on the client’s benefits offerings and enrollment platform During Enrollment Oversee the live enrollment process and support the benefit counselor team Monitor daily enrollment progress and generate tracking reports Serve as the point of contact for counselor questions and issue resolution Post-Enrollment Support Provide ongoing support to clients post-enrollment to ensure satisfaction and accuracy Develop and implement a structured new hire enrollment plan Address questions and resolve issues related to enrollments or platform usage

Qualifications:

Undergraduate college degree preferred or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience in benefits enrollment, HR support, or insurance-related roles Strong understanding of group benefit plans and enrollment processes Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities
