Role:
Recovery Specialist for a contract position in ourTransitional Support Services unit in Tewksbury. This is amale-only inpatient environment where clients receive medical andemotional support during a critical phase of their recoveryjourney. As a Recovery Specialist, you will play a key role inmaintaining a safe and structured program setting while supportingclients through their treatment plans and recovery milestones. Thisis an ideal opportunity for compassionate professionals dedicatedto making a meaningful impact in the lives of individualsrecovering from substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoringclient activities Conduct client well-being checks every 30 minutesPerform telephone admission screenings and assist with admissionsprocedures Search client belongings during admissions anddischarges as required Complete all shift documentation andchecklists accurately and on time Provide support to clientsthrough daily interaction and structure
