Job Description
Inbound Marketer All At Home Healthcare 1842 Beacon Street, Brookline, MA 02445 Amazing office, meaningful work, great benefits! Exciting Homecare Agency is looking to hire an Inbound Marketer for our Brookline office to manage incoming calls, provide accurate program information, and determine client eligibility for services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a working knowledge of insurance verification, and the ability to assess client needs efficiently. Our mission is to offer quality care to our clients, and to provide for them a loving and compassionate environment, attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.
Responsibilities:
Answer and screen incoming calls to determine the appropriate program or department. Provide clear and accurate information about available programs and services. Conduct initial screenings to assess client needs and direct them to the appropriate program. Verify insurance eligibility and document relevant information. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and eligibility determinations. Collaborate with program staff to ensure smooth transitions and referrals.
