Will be responsible for ?Performs credentialing andre-validation activities for prospective and current MassHealthproviders according to established guidelines. Duties include;reviewing provider applications, applying policy and criteria basedon provide type, performing source verifications and processingprovider files. Ensures provider compliance in regards to licensingand sanction information with all accrediting organizations andregulatory agencies including; Maintain provider updates as requested, verifying data and enteringinformation. Completes all documentation and data entry in a timelyand accurate fashion. ?Follows regulation time frames and procedural guidelines forprocessing applications, updates and disenrollment activitiesaccording to company and contract standards. ?Responds to all provider enrollment related inquiries and requestsin a timely and thorough fashion. Maintains professionalinteractions with providers, persistently following up on missingenrollment information and required documentation to completefile. ?Communicates to providers any regulations and certificationchanges that affect file maintenance or membership, obtainingnecessary documentation from providers for processing. Communicates provider problems, inquiries or issues that cannot beresolved independently through the appropriate channels forresolution. Great benefits.
