Job Description

YourPace Admissions Specialist (Part-Time) at University of Arizona Global Campus in Presque Isle, Maine, United States Job Description The University of Maine at Presque Isle (UMPI) is seeking a part-time Admissions Specialist (30 hours per week) to join a dynamic and innovative team that provides proactive, student-centered support to adult graduate and undergraduate students in the YourPace competency-based education (CBE) program. This role plays a critical part in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. This role is primarily remote, but training and other events may require occasional travel to the UMPI campus. The part-time Admissions Specialist is responsible for managing the YourPace inbox, assisting students in completing their applications, and supporting full-time Admissions Specialists with applicant outreach to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process. The university will take into consideration the salary of current UMS employees for transfer/promotion depending on skills and experience.
