Position Summary Information Responsibilities The Articulation Specialist is a full-time, 12-month position. The position is responsible for supporting the Registrar’s office to build partnerships and collaborations by developing, implementing, and maintaining articulation agreements and guides. The position will act as a liaison with Admissions, Deans, Program Directors, and other departments to research transfer articulation requirements and ensure the appropriateness and accuracy of credit evaluations. The position will also assist in preparing for and assist during commencement, and assist with degree audits, course substitutions, and degree modifications. This position will also be cross-trained to assist as needed and as the backup for other office duties including but not limited to certification of VA benefits, athletic eligibility compliance, mandatory enrollment reporting, transcript processing, enrollment verification, assisting with curriculum checksheet updates. The Articulation Specialist will also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by the Registrar or Assistant Registrar. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and use a creative, solutions-oriented approach to address problems through teamwork. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with discretion, tact, and timeliness. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Strong database management skills and proven computer literacy with utilizing and applying Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform detail-oriented work accurately and in a timely manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and university’s resources. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred Qualifications Registrar’s office (student records) experience Student data experience Experience working with Banner.
