Proposed Annual Salary, Hourly Rate or One-time payment Essential Duties Evaluates files for admissions.
Determines eligibility of applications for admissions.
Tracks all documentation for each applicant regarding admissions.
Generates letters of acceptance and rejection of applicants.
Works with Admissions Committee to review borderline transfer applicants.
Enters applicant data information in Banner and CRM. Places holds on student files for final college/university transcripts to complete files.
Compiles information for reports concerning admissions for external offices and entities (Institutional Research office, IHL Board, etc.)
Corresponds with applicants, as necessary to obtain required information for admissions.
Assists with other admissions projects and special events.
Collaborates with Office of the Registrar to confirm and verify transfer equivalencies.
Relays admissions decisions to Admissions Counselors.
Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience:

Associate’s degree from an accredited college/university required; bachelor’s degree preferred
At least one year of experience working in a professional office environment; three years preferred
Experience with transcript evaluation or other college admissions processes preferred

Other Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software/databases
Knowledge of Slate CRM and Banner preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with students, employees and throughout the campus community
