About the Position The individual in this role will serve as a

SNAP/TANF

Eligibility Supervisor in the Neshoba County MDHS office reporting directly to the Neshoba County Office Director. This individual will be responsible for ensuring his/her direct reports are knowledgeable of, and adhering to, federal, state, and agency policies and regulations during the initial and recertification eligibility processes. The individual will also have weekly and monthly reporting responsibilities. What you’ll need to be Successful Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good customer services skills, and an ability to manage a large workload while managing others. Preferred Qualifications Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience. •

Agency Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in determining SNAP and/or TANF eligibility is preferred.
