As a TSA Enrollment Agent , you will play a critical role in assisting customers with identity verification, biometric processing, and enrollment services. This position requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot fingerprinting and enrollment equipment, including computer hardware and software. Verify customer identity and scan required documents into the database system with precision. Successfully complete biometric and data capture processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Track applicant processing times and maintain an efficient workflow. Capture high-quality fingerprints, photographs, and signatures to meet or exceed program standards. Identify opportunities to provide additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
