Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, web inquiries, and walk-ins. Conduct detailed interviews to gather case information and assess eligibility based on firm criteria. Utilize empathetic listening and consultative communication techniques to build trust and rapport. Apply persuasive, ethical sales skills to convert leads into signed clients. Explain the legal process clearly and set accurate expectations. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in case management software. Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure smooth case transitions. Follow up with undecided leads and re-engage cold leads as appropriate. Meet or exceed monthly conversion and intake targets. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm’s professional and ethical standards. Assist with in office administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Two or more years of experience in client intake, sales, customer service, or call center environment. Prior experience in legal or medical field a plus. High School diploma or equivalent required Proven ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a client-facing or sales-driven role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in fast paced work environment. Self-starter and eager to learn Ability to remain calm, patient, and compassionate under pressure or when speaking with individuals in distress. Tech-savvy ability to use cloud-based tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Case management software experience a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
