Responsibilities of the Front Desk Specialist

  • Welcome visitors and coordinate class visits, interviews, and events
  • Promptly address inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person
  • Provide administrative support for Admissions and Financial Aid, including meeting planning, expense reports, travel coordination, and report preparation
  • Ensure data integrity in enterprise systems through accurate entry and monitoring
  • Improve efficiency through technology, data analytics, and workflow enhancements
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environment

  • Associate degree plus 2-3 years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
