Technology-driven healthcare staffing company is looking for a Credentialing Specialist to support the engagement, onboarding and placement for new nurse personnel. Our business is expanding rapidly within this dynamic industry. The Credentialing Specialist will work closely with Recruiting Regional Managers and serve as the point of contact for the onboarding of healthcare staff within assigned territories. Duties include, but are not limited to: Manage the credential and documentation verification process full cycle Ensure all healthcare worker licenses are valid and active according to agency and government regulations Manage, maintain, and update records, files and notes during the onboarding process Engage with applicants via phone (inbound/outbound), chat, email and through applicant tracking systems Collaborate with Recruiting and Account Management in addition to other cross functional departments Other duties as assigned Requirements 3 – 5 years in administration, data entry or related experience Healthcare or related experience highly desirable Proficiency in Gmail, Word, Excel and confident in learning new software systems Strong communication skills and customer-service focus Highly detailed and organized HS Diploma, BS/BA degree and/or relevant administrative experience is a plus Compensation commensurate with experience.
