About the Role We’re looking for a driven and supportive Senior Enrollment Specialist (SES) to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role that combines frontline enrollment responsibilities with team leadership and coaching. You’ll be responsible for converting leads into members, while also mentoring other Enrollment Specialists, leading team training efforts, and supporting operational excellence across the enrollment function. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in sales, leads by example, and is passionate about developing others. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Member Enrollment
- Conduct outbound and inbound enrollment calls using the ENE platform, power dialer, and provided scripts.
- Follow structured workflows to manage leads and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Build trust through consultative, relationship-based selling.
- Accurately document activity and interactions to ensure data integrity and continuity. Team Coaching & Performance Support
- Evaluate daily enrollment calls across the team and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Lead weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with Enrollment Specialists focused on performance trends, strengths, and growth areas.
- Maintain detailed coaching logs and follow-up plans to ensure ongoing development.
- Monitor system usage and process adherence, addressing gaps and providing retraining as needed.
- Serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting, system optimization, and best practices. Sales Training & Team Alignment
- Plan and lead biweekly national sales training calls, ensuring engagement, skill development, and alignment with promotions.
- Collaborate with leadership to create impactful agendas and training content.
- Ensure meeting recordings and summaries are shared and accessible across the team. Administrative & Strategic Support
- Analyze performance trends and identify barriers to success.
- Make recommendations to improve workflows, scripts, and messaging based on team insights.
- Partner with leadership to implement approved changes and elevate team performance.
- Submit weekly performance insights and strategic suggestions to guide enrollment operations. What Success Looks Like
- Consistently meets or exceeds personal enrollment goals.
- Drives improved performance and engagement among Enrollment Specialists.
- Leads impactful coaching and training that translates to measurable results.
- Ensures consistent and effective use of systems across the team.

Base Salary:
$50,000
- $55,000 annually
- $1000+ Commission Opportunities based on individual and team performance
