PSR Specialist Position Available In Albany, New York

Job Summary Our client is actively seeking a temporary full-time Front Desk Associate in Albany, NY. The successful candidate will support our client’s mission by ensuring a positive work environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, multi-tasking efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Providing exceptional customer care Greeting clients and answering incoming calls Booking/re-booking appointments Checking clients in/out Answering emails and other correspondence Assisting in product sales and lead generation Attending local events to promote our client Establishing relationships with local businesses to expand client base Qualifications 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a beauty enhancement environment (e.g., Medspa, salon with spa, Dermatology or Plastic Surgery office) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn Benefits Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).
