Your core responsibility will be reaching out to families to ensure they have timely access to the support, resources, and homecare services they need. You will play a crucial role in making sure that children and their families receive the care they deserve.

Patient Outreach Specialist Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates must be comfortable cold calling all day Fluency in Spanish and English Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal) Salesy personality is required Persuasive minded individual High Emotional Intelligence Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Remain composed, professional with a positive attitude under pressure and excel in time management Multi-task and handle competing priorities Ability to work autonomously is crucial, a self-starter with the capacity to work efficiently and independently while also being an enthusiastic team player
