Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, personable, and organized Field Representative to meet with families in the community and guide them through the Medicaid application process. This role requires daily travel to client homes, collecting necessary paperwork, and providing hands-on support. The right candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, bilingual in Spanish, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel throughout Upper and Lower Manhattan, with occasional travel to the Bronx and Queens. Meet with families in their homes or other meeting locations to explain the Medicaid application process clearly and compassionately. Collect signatures and necessary documentation during appointments. Upload completed documents immediately after meetings to ensure timely processing. Maintain consistent communication with the office via email, calls, and regular status updates. Build trusting relationships with clients while representing SPSCS with professionalism and warmth.

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish (Able to converse comfortably with clients).

Vehicle Required:

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, and technology. Highly organized with strong follow-through on documentation and communication. Ability to manage a fast-paced schedule with multiple daily appointments. Prior experience in Medicaid applications, homecare, healthcare, or related fields is a plus , but not required.

Energetic and personable; able to build rapport quickly. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Empathetic approach when working with elderly and diverse populations.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Travel compensation during working hours. Opportunity to earn commissions based on performance. Meaningful work that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
