Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinate with residents and their families to compile all information needed for benefit eligibility. Review admission forms for residents referred for Medicaid assistance. Collect all necessary documents to apply for Medicaid. Follow up to ensure that all applications are approved. Secure and complete appropriate forms in accordance with established procedure Perform other job-related duties as directed by

Supervisor Qualifications:

Nursing home Medicaid experience required Long term care experience preferred Detail orientated Strong communication and customer service skills
