Job Description Our client, a well-established company is looking to hire a Enrollment/Eligibility Specialist to start right away!
Responsibilities:
Review remittances to process member terminations, additions, and status changes in accordance with policy guidelines.
Update internal systems to reflect changes in member eligibility and coverage status.
Monitor and audit enrollment data for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with internal departments, carriers, and third-party administrators to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless enrollment operations.
Maintain a strong understanding of company policies, benefit plans, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in insurance, employee benefits, or a related administrative role.
Familiarity with enrollment processes, eligibility guidelines, and insurance terminology.
High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy.
