Summary We’re looking for an Agency Support Specialist to join our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll work directly with the agency owner and two licensed producers to keep quotes, renewals, and client requests running smoothly. We’re not looking for someone with years of experience- we’re looking for someone who’s organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a long-term career. Responsibilities

• Assist with quote prep, application forms, and follow-up emails
• Help track open service requests and renewals
• Schedule client appointments and keep calendars organized
• Update our CRM and file documents to the right place
• Support client communications (calls, email, follow-ups)
• Help draft newsletters and marketing content
• Keep the agency owner and team on track and organized Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear, professional communication
• Great organizational habits — you love checklists and finishing what you start
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• No insurance experience required — just the drive to learn
