Job Description
Serve as an advocate for current and prospective health insurance members across all retail locations, including physical storefronts and mobile units. Clarify and resolve account-related questions across all lines of business, with a focus on Medicare Advantage and Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) members. Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing all inquiries and transactions accurately and promptly. Promote and sell various health insurance products while maintaining compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines and internal compliance programs.
salary:
$23 – $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5

High SchoolResponsibilities Address and resolve member inquiries related to claims, benefits, eligibility, and general plan details. Interpret and explain plan benefits and policies clearly to members and providers in a consultative manner. Utilize customer engagement strategies and personality-based approaches to effectively manage sales and service interactions. Develop leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services. Build and maintain relationships with customers while highlighting key plan features and benefits. Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the role.
