$32.4K – $41K a year 10 hours ago Qualifications Information Systems Bachelor’s degree Associate’s degree Communication skills Marketing Entry level Full Job Description Enrollment Analytics Specialist Charleston Southern University Position Overview Reporting to the Executive Director of Enrollment Analytics , the Enrollment Analytics Specialist supports the institution’s enrollment goals through data-driven operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across enrollment systems and processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity, executing data entry and processing tasks, supporting operational workflows, and assisting with marketing and communication efforts related to enrollment. This position can be remote or hybrid. Key Responsibilities Data Integrity & Entry o Maintain and ensure accuracy of student and prospect data within all enrollment systems. o Perform regular audits and cleanups of enrollment data to support reporting and decision-making. o Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for data handling and system architecture. Processing & Operations o Execute routine and ad hoc data imports/exports, queries, and reports to support recruitment, admissions, and enrollment functions. o Support enrollment cycle operations including application processing, document management, and data syncing between systems. o Coordinate with partners across campus to ensure efficient system integrations. Marketing & Communication Support o Assist in the segmentation of audience lists and personalization of communication efforts. o Help manage communication tracking and reporting for email, text, and print campaigns. o Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to ensure accurate messaging and targeting across platforms. Collaboration & Support o Work closely with admissions counselors, marketing staff, and leadership to support recruitment efforts with data insights. o Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities related to analytics, CRM systems, and higher education enrollment trends. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required; degree in data analytics, information systems, marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Attributes Experience in higher education enrollment or student services. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a desire to streamline and improve processes.
