Dealer Enrollment Specialist Location:
Spartanburg, SC, United States Description Summary/Objective The Dealer Enrollment Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient dealer onboarding process. This position is responsible for processing, verifying, managing agreements, while ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in CRM systems, and experienced with data entry. Process dealer enrollment packets from initial submission to final approval.
Review and verify dealer information and required documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Enter and maintain dealer data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate and track dealer packets via DocuSign or email, following up on outstanding documents as needed.
Cross-reference dealer information and conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Upload and manage dealer documentation within OnBase or other document management systems.
Communicate with internal teams and dealers to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
Identify opportunities and present solutions on process improvements within the dealer enrollment.
Ensure compliance with American Credit Acceptance policies and regulatory requirements.
Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to dealer onboarding and enrollment, providing guidance and support as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications 1-2 years experience in enrollment and registration processes, contract administration, data entry, financial services, or a related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and
Previous experience with CRM and document management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment and Physical Demands This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Travel No travel is expected for this position.
