This is a full-time, sales-focused position (Monday-Friday), ideal for someone with a proven track record in consultative sales, CRM management, and patient/customer engagement. You will be responsible for guiding prospective patients through their journey of discovering the optimal healthcare path, clearly communicating our diverse service lines, and overcoming objections with empathy and expertise. Expertise with CRM platforms (Active Campaign experience strongly preferred). Exceptional consultative selling skills, including handling objections and closing sales effectively. A passion for wellness, holistic health, and functional medicine. An outgoing, compassionate personality with strong empathy and listening skills. Clear, engaging communication skills—both verbal and written. HIGH organizational proficiency with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage leads efficiently. Strong self-motivation, accountability, and an ability to perform independently as well as collaboratively. High-level attention to detail with excellent follow-through. Job Duties Respond promptly and effectively to incoming patient inquiries (phone, email, website, and text). Clearly and persuasively communicate MaxWell Clinic’s diverse range of healthcare services to prospective patients. Provide personalized consultations to understand potential patients’ needs, overcome objections, and effectively guide them to the appropriate service path. Actively manage and track leads through our CRM (ActiveCampaign), ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and optimized patient conversion. Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and a positive patient experience. Proactively suggest and implement strategies for increasing patient conversion rates. Maintain an up-to-date, comprehensive understanding of all clinic offerings, processes, and clinical pathways. Regularly report on sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and CRM analytics to inform strategic decisions. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience prioritized. Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales or patient/client engagement experience, ideally in healthcare or wellness. Experience using CRM platforms (ActiveCampaign highly preferred). Familiarity with functional medicine, integrative healthcare, or personalized wellness programs is highly desirable.
