More about our team The Provider Enrollment team plays a vital role in ensuring healthcare providers are accurately credentialed and actively enrolled with payers. We are a detail-oriented, highly collaborative group that values thorough communication, independent thinking, and proactive problem-solving – all while maintaining a supportive and flexible remote work environment. How you’ll contribute A Specialist, Provider Enrollment who excels in this role: Completes CAQH credentialing processes for new providers Follows up with payers to obtain effective dates, identification numbers, and enrollment status updates Submits applications, re-credentialing paperwork, and demographic changes to payers Maintains CAQH and internal databases with accurate, up-to-date provider information Researches payer-specific enrollment requirements and initiates necessary contact Manages provider files, resolves pending enrollment issues, and requests missing documentation Handles administrative tasks such as uploading documents, notifying stakeholders, and researching processes Communicates with market contacts and resolves payer-related enrollment questions Regular and reliable attendance Performs other duties as assigned Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Experience with CAQH and provider enrollment processes preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry Ability to research payer information and resolve routine issues Knowledge of healthcare compliance and
