About the role:

The role of the Employee Enrollment Specialist position is to process VDC (Veteran Directed) & FMS (Fiscal Management Services) enrollment paperwork following program policies and procedures. The Employee Enrollment Specialist would then be responsible for entering vetted employees/vendors into FMS Engine. Duties would be shared with the Enrollment Specialist. Each staff would have a payroll-specific area of expertise but be able to provide adequate back-up support for each other.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Enroll employers through IRS to receive Employer Identification Numbers Secure workers compensation policies. Enroll employer and employee/vendor demographic information into FMS Engine Enrollment Module, daily Interact directly with FMS and VDC agency contacts. Process incoming enrollment paperwork packets, ensuring accuracy. Provide accurate verification for incoming enrollment packets and communicate to States/Programs when enrollments are completed. Review Background Check Process results•and interpret findings as appropriate. Perform outreach to employers to provide assistance when needed for completion of enrollment packets. Mail agencies/potential enrollees documents when requested. End enrollments in FMS as requested by agency notifications. Provide adequate backup to the enrollment team when needed, performing background checks or responding to agencies emails regarding enrollment information. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent 1 year of onboarding paperwork processing experience preferred Time Management Attention to detail Ability to adapt Ability to work across multiple computer software platforms Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently Ability to maintain accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality Physical demands/

Working Conditions:

Predominately sedentary office position with high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required. The physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations. The work environment is representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations.
