Summary of Job Duties:

The Executive Assistant I / Fellowship Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Department Chair and Service Line Administrator in the Department of Pathology. This role also serves as the primary coordinator for the Pathology Fellowship Program. Responsibilities include managing calendars, communications, meeting logistics, and departmental events, while supporting educational and faculty initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic academic environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree PLUS two (2) years of administrative or related experience OR High School Diploma/GED Plus six (6) years of administrative or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related fieldPLUS four (4) or more years of upper level or executive administrative support.
Experience using Workday to process financial transactions.
