Our client is a telecommunications firm who is seeing anexperienced Executive Assistant to support their Stamford, CToffice. This role is in-office for an Executive Vice President. Asthe Executive Assistant you will be proactive, organized, anddetailed. Client Details Media Description Assist with EVP withcalendar management – booking travel, meetings, conferences,executive/board meetings Coordinate international and domestictravel arrangements including hotel, transportation, reservations,etc. Act as the gatekeeper for phone & email management Prepare forinternal and external meetings – reviewing presentations, printingmaterials, catering/food arrangements, travel coordination forattendees, etc. Assist with project management and presentationsutilizing PowerPoint & Excel Handle catering, lunch/foodarrangements, restaurants for internal and external eventsProactively anticipate calendar needs and scheduling conflicts asneeded Profile Qualifications 5 years supporting C-suite executivesis required Prior experience coming from a large organization Musthave a strong attention to detail, proactive, and organized Must beproficient using

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TeamsSchedule & Location Location:
