The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and will involve a variety of administrative and personal support functions. Daily/Weekly On Location. 50% Remote, 50% In-Person (Melbourne, FL). Duties Provide executive administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Proofread documents for clarity and accuracy before distribution. Plan and coordinate events, including logistics, catering, and guest management. Organize and maintain files both digitally and physically for easy access. Proficiently use Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and communication. Conduct thorough research on a variety of topics Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups with team members. Coordinate and communicate with contractors for personal and business projects Act as a reliable point of contact for organizing both day-to-day and larger-scale priorities Managing basic administrative tasks such as document printing, organization, and labeling systems Handling local errands, including mail runs, office pickups, and supply drop-offs Maintaining a clean and organized workspace (light upkeep; weekly cleaner provided) Conducting ad hoc research and managing online purchases or vendor orders Assisting with logistics coordination and light prep tasks in the warehouse as needed Experience Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with executive administrative support functions is essential. Strong proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Experience with project coordination and event planning is highly desirable. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail are required. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
