Summary As the Personal Assistant to the CEO at Core Hydraulics, you will play a crucial role in supporting executive operations and enhancing productivity. This position is based in the United States and is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional service and innovation in the hydraulic sector. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules and appointments. Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain organized office systems, including filing and document management. Handle communications with clients and stakeholders professionally. Assist with meeting preparation, including agenda creation and note-taking. Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO. Must be available to lift 75-100 lbs. • Requirements Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in office management software and computer literacy. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
