IBKUL [i-be-cool] is a leading athleisurewear brand known for its stylish, comfortable, and performance-driven apparel. We are dedicated to creating high-quality, fashion-forward products that cater to individuals who embrace an active lifestyle. We are currently seeking a Merchandising Manager from India that is wiling to relocate to Indonesia to join our team and help elevate our product offerings. This role will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing process, managing sample room operations, and ensuring seamless collaboration between the buying agency and internal teams.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service Agent & Executive Assistant with a strong background in the garment or apparel industry. This dual-role position will manage customer inquiries, provide high-level administrative support, and play an active role in showroom coordination and trade shows. This is a full-time, in-person position based in our office, with standard hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner Provide executive support including calendar management, meeting prep, and internal communications Coordinate and attend approximately six trade shows per year, representing the brand and managing logistics Manage showroom scheduling, setup, and client relations Maintain accurate records using ERP and CRM systems Prepare presentations, reports, and communications using Microsoft Office tools
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in customer service and/or executive support roles Background in fashion, apparel, or garment industry is required Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiar with ERP and CRM systems Comfortable working in showrooms and traveling for national trade shows Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
