  • Overview
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of the office. Additionally, candidate should possess a basic understanding of Excel and have the ability to analyze reports effectively to support data-driven decision-making. Duties but not limited to
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist in proofreading documents for errors
  • Manage office filing systems and maintain records
  • Provide general clerical support to the team
  • Act as a personal assistant to office management
  • Update and maintain product descriptions, pricing, and images
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
  • Ensure accurate SKU and category management in online platforms.
  • Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
  • Assist in executing email campaigns and social media promotions.
  • Track performance metrics for ads and promotions.
  • Generate sales and customer reports for internal review
  • Collaborate with logistics teams for smooth shipping operations.
  • Identify trends in customer behavior to improve overall service
  • Requirements
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong data entry abilities
  • Proficient in phone etiquette
  • Proficient in using microssoft office for various office tasks

  • Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
  • Experience in an office environment is preferred
