Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant Infinity Healthcare Consulting 2477 East Commercial Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant Infinity Health Care Consulting is seeking an organized, high-energy, proactive, detailed professional to assume the role of Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to the owner. The successful candidate will be a highly organized professional with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providing administrative support, managing schedules, and facilitating effective communications within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Coordinate and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
Meeting Support:
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
Project Assistance:
Assist with various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports or presentations.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all communications.
Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of discretion and professionalism.
