This is a key position that plays an integral role in ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office and contributing to the company’s overall success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and bookkeeping, with hands-on experience using QuickBooks. You should be a problem-solver, comfortable handling sensitive information, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership. Proficient in QuickBooks and experienced in bookkeeping. Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hourly rate:
$19.00 – $22.00 / hour
Schedule:
Full-time Mon – Fri (40hrs/wk.)
PTO:
40 hours of sick PTO after the 90-day probation period. 40 hours of vacation PTO after one year and 7 paid federal holidays.
Location:
Sunrise, FL Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external partners. Manage bookkeeping tasks, track expenses, and prepare invoices and reports using QuickBooks. Generate financial reports, summaries, and other documents to support business planning and decisions. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and assist with special projects as needed. Assist with general office support and operational tasks. Occasionally visit properties in West Palm Beach, FL. Be available for after-hours or weekend work, as necessary.
