This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and will involve a variety of administrative tasks, project management, and direct support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Organize and maintain files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval of important information. Assist in event planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and other corporate events. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Manage DocuSign processes for document approvals and signatures. Serve as a personal assistant to the CEO by handling personal tasks as required. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting when necessary. Maintain an organized office environment that promotes efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in office software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with DocuSign. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
