Role:

We’re seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant to support a senior leader at the firm. This person plays a vital role in helping the executive stay focused, organized, and ahead of schedule. The ideal candidate will bring both professionalism and warmth, thrive in a high-performing environment, and be comfortable managing both business and personal matters with complete discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage dynamic calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements (domestic and international) Act as gatekeeper and liaison, representing the executive with internal and external stakeholders Prepare meeting materials, handle follow-ups, and track key action items Coordinate both business and personal tasks – including travel, reservations, errands, and vendor management Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the executive Maintain and update confidential documents, expense reports, and key project timelines Anticipate needs and proactively solve issues before they arise

What You Bring:

5+ years supporting a senior executive, preferably in financial or professional services High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism Strong organizational and communication skills Confidence navigating complex schedules and high expectations Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Able to work independently and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
