This full-time position is ideal for someone who excels in both administrative tasks and hands-on household responsibilities. You ‘II serve as a right hand to the homeowner
- supporting daily needs, coordinating property vendors, overseeing deliveries and errands, and ensuring peace of mind when the principal is away. The ideal candidate will be a calm, resourceful professional who thrives on multitasking, anticipates needs, and brings a solutions-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Household & Property Oversight
- Supervise vendors: landscapers, pool cleaners, housekeepers, generator techs
- Monitor and maintain household systems: thermostats, water features, security cameras, ADT
- Schedule and confirm recurring maintenance and repairs
- Water plants, organize trash pickup schedule, and ensure property readiness when the owner is traveling Administrative & Financial Tasks
- Manage bills, subscriptions, and utilities (Zelle, online banking, Fidelity)
- Organize physical and digital files; scan and file receipts, reports, and correspondence
- Track and reorder household/personal supplies and medications
- Oversee online accounts and delivery logistics (Amazon, pharmacy, etc.) Travel & Errands
- Coordinate personal travel, including dog documentation and transportation
- Fill vehicles and boats with gas, schedule services and boat maintenance
- Grocery ordering and unpacking; accept and file deliveries and mail
- Run errands, including dry cleaning, shopping, and appointment drop-offs Personal Assistant Duties
- Communicate with doctors, manage prescriptions, print QR code scripts (e.g., Quest Diagnostics)
- Calendar and appointment management
- Coordinate pet care (walking, vet visits, food orders)
- Oversee light event prep and home presentation when hosting guests Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar personal assistant, estate manager, or house manager role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
