Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly professional and bilingual (Mandarin-English) Executive Assistant to support the CEO and leadership team. This role requires top-notch communication, calendar management, travel coordination, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars across time zones
Coordinate domestic & international travel
Prepare high-level correspondence and presentations
Organize reports, meetings, and team events
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Support ad-hoc projects and executive priorities
Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin (written & verbal) – required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience supporting C-level executives
Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred
