As a Traditional Executive Assistant, you will be the go-to right hand for several members of the C-Suite. This role calls for someone with a keen eye for detail, unshakable discretion, and the organizational chops to keep things running like clockwork. If you’re the type who remembers birthdays, keeps the trains (and meetings) running on time, and can whip up a board-ready PowerPoint deck before your first cup of coffee-this one s for you.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite executives strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information Ability to prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve with minimal direction
