In this role, you will perform a variety of services in administrative support for design leadership and team members.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinates with internal team members and external sources to accomplish activities, such as scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, booking travel, developing agendas, gathering printed/electronic materials for meetings and arranging for meals and entertainment Assists team members assigned to support in completing/approving expense reports, time-entry, and similar internal forms Performs a full scope of word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications, as well as assisting in the processing of documents containing financial or statistical data or scientific, technical, or legal terminology Assists assigned team members supported in calendar management and setting priorities based on requests for meetings, including resolving conflicting requests Receives requests from external and internal sources, directly or on behalf of other team members, and responds directly to those questions or gathers necessary information to assist team members to respond May be provided or have access to sensitive materials or information, and expected to differentiate confidential and non-confidential materials, and maintain confidentiality as required Expected to set priorities for accomplishing activities as assigned, subject to applicable deadlines Supports a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Assists with other duties as assigned within designated department

Education/Experience:

A high school diploma is required; some college or applicable business certification is preferred 3-5 years minimum of office/clerical experience

Physical Requirements:
