Job Description:
The Executive Assistant performs highly responsible administrative and secretarial duties requiring an extensive working knowledge of the organization and the programs and departments under the managers jurisdiction. Work includes relieving the manager of administrative details and office management functions. Requires considerable judgment, problem-solving, and discretion concerning highly confidential matters. Reports to the Executive Director, Technology Operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associates degree and two years of responsible secretarial or administrative assistant experience, and demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite in a networked office setting, and internet navigation. Appropriate work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. College coursework may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required experience. Annual Salary:
$34,100.00 ($17.50/hour)
