What You’ll Do You’ll oversee the administrative and executive support functions that keep our team productive and efficient. You’ll be the key person handling schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing clear and concise notes, and managing follow-ups with professionalism and care. The leadership team will count on you to manage tasks proactively, communicate effectively, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Who You Are Experienced administrative or executive assistant (minimum 3-5 years required) Exceptional organization and communication skills. You anticipate needs before they arise Comfortable using Google Workspace, Zoom, and other collaborative online tools Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage your time efficiently in a fully remote setting Flexible schedule.
