Hurt Aid, a growing business in the personal injury industry, is seeking a dependable and loyal Executive & Personal Assistant to work closely with our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone calm under pressure, compassionate, and highly organized, with the ability to manage a wide range of administrative, personal, and industry-specific tasks. We’re looking for a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in the personal injury field—whether at a law firm, medical office, or a related service provider. The ideal assistant is reliable, discreet, and ready to serve as a true right hand in both professional and personal matters. This role requires flexibility, occasional on-call availability, and a willingness to handle responsibilities that span across work and life support.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and appointments Arrange travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries Run personal errands and handle logistics (e.g., dry cleaning, shopping, home services) Support client intake and coordination tasks related to personal injury services Maintain organized digital files and documents Assist with communications—phone calls, emails, and follow-ups Oversee timely execution of both business and personal tasks Act as a liaison between management and legal/medical partners Contribute ideas and support for the company’s social media and content creation efforts
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in the personal injury field (law firm, healthcare provider, or similar) Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred High level of discretion, professionalism, and trust Comfortable being on call and flexible with hours as needed Valid driver’s license and clean background check Tech-savvy—comfortable with calls, emails, calendars, and office applications
