We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. Assist in organizing and preparing for meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items. Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism. Liaise with internal staff and external partners on behalf of the CEO Support with light personal tasks or errands as needed , office support.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a healthcare or billing-related business Familiarity with project management tools or CRM systems
